After being eliminated in the knockout stage for two straight seasons, Manchester City is finally through to the quarterfinals.
PSG has already clinched Ligue 1, so they can prioritize the Champions League. They eliminated Chelsea 4-2 in the last round and they have four wins, a draw and a loss in their last six games. This is a massive chance for the French champions, who have been knocked out at this stage in each of the last three seasons.
These two have met just once, drawing 0-0 in Manchester in the group stage of the 2008-2009 UEFA Cup (now the Europa League).
