Soccer : Real Madrid, Manchester City in Champions League Semifinal

Real Madrid and Manchester City played to a stalemate in the first leg of their Champions League semifinal last week in England. The two move to Spain for the second leg on Wednesday at 2:45 PM ET with a spot in the finals on the line. Madrid is -230 to qualify for the finals on the futures market, while City is +175.

Real Madrid was missing the injured Cristiano Ronaldo in the 0-0 draw, but despite the setback, they were the better team. Madrid is coming off a 1-0 win at Real Sociedad in La Liga, and have six wins, a loss and a tie in their last eight games. Ronaldo has also been training ahead of this game and will play tomorrow.

City followed up the game against Madrid with a 2-4 loss at Southampton in the Premier League, which was on Sunday. Now they'll have to put that game behind them as they head to Madrid for Wednesday. City played quite defensively in the first leg despite their opponent missing top-scorer Ronaldo, and it will only get tougher with Ronaldo suiting up for the second leg.
