E-Sports : South Korea Dominates LoL Championship Final Four

The 2016 League of Legends World Championship belongs to South Korea. Three of this year's four semifinalists are based in Seoul, and they're dominating the E-Sports futures market heading into this weekend's matches; SK Telecom T1 are the +120 favorites followed by at ROX Tigers +130. Samsung Galaxy comes in at +400 and London's H2k-Gaming are distant +2500 outsiders.

At least H2K don't have to face the top two contenders in the semifinals. ROX and SKT will meet Friday (6 PM ET) at Madison Square Garden, with SKT a slight favorite at –140 on the moneyline. Then H2K will battle with Samsung on Saturday, also at the Garden at 6 PM ET. It'll be an uphill climb for Europe's lone survivor at +275.

Each of these semifinal matches has a series of prop bets attached, including alternate spreads and totals, Correct Score, First Kill, and who will win Map 1. Again, SKT are slim –130 favorites over ROX to win their Map 1, while Samsung are clear –250 favorites in their semifinal. The winners will collide October 29 in the Final at Staples Center in Los Angeles. SKT won the Championship in 2013 and 2015, with Samsung Galaxy White prevailing in 2014.
