NFL Odds: Eagles, Bears Wrap up Wild-Card Weekend
The defending champions are still alive – barely. After sweeping their last three regular-season games SU and ATS, the Philadelphia Eagles (9-7 SU, 7-9 ATS) have earned the No. 6 seed in the NFC, and a Wild-Card game this Sunday against the No. 3 Chicago Bears (12-4 SU and ATS). Kick-off from Soldier Field is at 4:40 PM ET on NBC.

Despite their recent hot streak, the Eagles are holding steady as 6-point road dogs at press time, with the total unchanged at 41. Just like last year’s Super Bowl run, it’ll be Nick Foles at quarterback for Philly after incumbent starter Carson Wentz (fractured vertebra) went on the injured list in Week 14. However, the Eagles also have multiple injuries on defense, leaving them as distant +3000 long shots to win Super Bowl LIII.
Chicago (+675) have much better odds as the NFC North champions. They’re healthy for the most part, and they feature the league’s best defense, although the Bears lack scoring punch with sophomore QB Mitchell Trubisky (24 TDs, 12 INTs) at the controls. His task on Sunday is to avoid mistakes, and take advantage of the generous field position his defense will try to provide.
