The 76ers have had a relatively positive start to the season, but they’re slumping as they enter Tuesday’s affair. Their once efficient defense has let them down, leading to four back to back losses. They’ve allowed an average of 114.5 points per game during this losing streak.

Meanwhile, the Timberwolves have won three of their last four games. Karl-Anthony Towns leads the team with a 20.1 PPG average, along with 11.6 rebounds. Andrew Wiggins is putting up 18.2 points, and Jimmy Butler adds a veteran presence with a 19.0 PPG in addition to 5.5 rebounds and 4.8 assists. However, the Timberwolves are still just 25th in defensive efficiency.
The 76ers are 6-4 SU and ATS in their last 10 meetings with the Timberwolves, with six going under the posted total along with a push.
